System Service and Engineering (SS&E) in Lynn Haven, FL is a Top Tier Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Services Company for Commerical Facilities throughout Northwest Florida. We are currently looking to add an Assistant Electrical Project Manager . If you are someone who is Motivated, Dedicated, and takes pride in your work, this is the role for you!

This role will consist of working alongside the Electrical Project Manager to help facilitate each project.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Maintain the Project Job Tracker spreadsheet.
• Pull all electrical permits
• Request, compile and submit all submittals for each Project
• Request, compile and deliver All O&M's on each project
• Assist Project Manager with Material orders and Takeoffs
• Assist with all Change orders and RFI's
• Save Daily reports and pictures in respective job folders on the hub
• Team player with strong organizational skills
• Must be customer-focused with the ability to build lasting relationships
• other duties as assigned to promote and ensure success of the company.
