What You’ll Do:

• Be a Trusted Advisor: Help farmers and agricultural businesses make smart financial decisions by offering tailored loan solutions and other banking services.
• Drive New Business: Build and grow your own network by identifying new lending opportunities and fostering long-term relationships within the agricultural community.
• Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with our Credit Administration team to ensure loans are structured in a way that benefits both the customer and the bank, while maintaining compliance with regulations.
• Make a Difference: Conduct on-site visits to understand your customers’ operations, verify collateral, and ensure the success of existing credits.
• Achieve Success: Meet sales and production goals while delivering exceptional customer service.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Business or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in agricultural lending or a related area (preferred).
• Strong financial analysis skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• A passion for supporting local communities and helping agricultural businesses succeed.
