About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Head of US Sales Oncology to lead its national oncology sales organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic direction, vision, and leadership to maximize sales and profits. This role involves close collaboration with key stakeholders across the business, including marketing, data analysis, legal, manufacturing, and medical, to ensure alignment and effective relationships. The VP will also be a key member of the oncology leadership team, contributing to the company's ambition to be a leader in oncology. Key responsibilities include leading all activities within the US oncology sales function, creating and communicating sales strategies, managing resources to meet profit targets, and ensuring the sales team operates in compliance with the company's policies and ethical standards.
