Truck Driver Recruiter Manager (100% Remote)
Freelance 1099 Position | Base Salary $500/week + $25 per hire commission

We are looking for a cheerful and upbeat individual to join our team as a Truck Driver Recruiter Manager.

Position Details:

• Base Salary $500/week
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
• Freelance 1099 Position.
• Lead and manage a team of remote truck driver recruiters, ensuring they stay motivated and on track.
• Assist new recruiters through the onboarding process.
• Conduct Weekly Recruiter Team Meetings on Fridays.
• Conduct team calls to review performance and set goals.
• Ensure fairness and accuracy in recruiter activities within the ATS.
• Provide quick responses and guidance to recruiter inquiries.
• Offer personalized support to struggling recruiters and assist with additional training.
• Answer questions in team chats, providing detailed instructions and guidance as needed.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
• Must have a quiet work area to accommodate calls and Teams meetings.
