Job Description We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Solar Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for educating potential customers about solar energy solutions, guiding them through the sales process, and providing exceptional customer service. As a Solar Consultant, you will play a crucial role in promoting renewable energy and helping clients make informed decisions that benefit both their homes and the environment. Duties: Engage with potential customers to assess their energy needs and provide tailored solar solutions. Conduct in-home and virtual consultations to walk homeowners through a thorough bill analysis, custom design, and financial impact. Utilize software tools to manage customer interactions and track sales progress. Provide technical knowledge regarding solar products and installation processes to clients. Follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company success. Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions. Requirements: Proven experience in solar sales or energy sales at a reputable company; we will not hire any green candidates. Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. Familiarity with software tools such as EnFin and Axia for managing project tasks with partners from initial consultation to installation. Must carry oneself with a positive and solution-oriented attitude. Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and drive results within the sales team. Technical sales experience is beneficial for effectively conveying product information. Ability to commute; valid driver's license and clean driving record; personal vehicle will be used.
