Job Description

Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement on company website blog, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.
Create and schedule engaging content (including text, images, videos, and infographics) tailored to each platform.
Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and feedback, and engage with our audience in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with overall marketing campaigns and goals.
Use analytics tools to track performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports on key metrics.
Build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners to enhance our brand presence.
Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms professionally and promptly.
Required Hard Skills
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics, and platform-specific insights.
Experience with social media advertising, including campaign creation, targeting, and budgeting.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms.
Knowledge of SEO and how social media content can support SEO strategies.
Required Soft Skills
Ability to create visually appealing content using graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Creativity and a strong eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for education and technology.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
