We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Property Manager to join our dynamic team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our real estate portfolio, including operations, financial activities, and tenant relations. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all operational aspects of properties, ensuring a safe, functional, and appealing environment for tenants.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets for properties, including forecasting and tracking of expenses and revenues.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high-quality service.
  • Maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition, identify necessary repairs, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Implement strategic plans to improve revenue, profitability, and tenant satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge, solve problems, and achieve business goals.
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends and industry regulations to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Property Management, including experience in Budget Management, Contract Negotiation, Tenant Relations, Operations Management, Customer Service, and Strategic Planning.
  • Proven ability to conduct thorough property inspections.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with a track record of successfully securing cost-effective contracts.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in managing budgets and forecasting financial outcomes.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and maintain positive tenant relationships.
  • Excellent strategic planning skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for revenue growth and tenant satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in property management software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
