Job Description
Revit Associate II or III
Temp to Hire
Pay Rate: proportional to their level of experience. Associate II would be between $30/hr and $35/hr. Associate III would be between $35/hr and $37/hr. again, depending on experience in years and project types.
Work schedule/hours: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day between 7am and 6pm (some work 7-4, some work 9-6)
Associate II
A professional degree in an accredited program is required. Demonstrated intermediate knowledge of industry standard programs is required such as Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and the Microsoft suite of products is required. Demonstrate intermediate knowledge of building and zoning codes and an understanding of how to locate regulations as required.
Associate II (6+ Years Experience)
(AIA Architectural Staff Level II (Non-Licensed))
Performs research related to building and zoning codes and varied building systems. Works under the supervision of a Project Manager to produce all aspects of construction documents. Fully competent in all aspects of drawing and capable of performing a variety of skilled assignments. Expected to exhibit an intermediate level of knowledge on specialized systems. Collaborates with staff and coordinates with consultants. May provide technical guidance to less experienced associates. Responsibilities might include but are not limited to, creation of meeting minutes, drawings, interpreting redlines and markups and participation in construction administration tasks.
Associate III
