Who we are looking for:
Reservationist
Jag’s is looking for friendly, energetic hospitality professionals to join our refined and upscale team that prioritizes teamwork, and growth. We are looking for new team members to welcome guests with warmth and enthusiasm; striving to make every guest's experience memorable.
Responsibilities:
Display a guest first focus through strategized table and guest placement while ensuring greatest guest comfort.

  • Strategically manage table seating and guest flow to ensure exceptional service
  • Demonstrate a passion for hospitality and dedication to Jag’s core values and customer service
  • Maintain positive attitude while demonstrating teamwork, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • Master online reservation and point of sale platforms as well as operate a multi-line phone system
  • Communicate and record guest needs, requests and direct calls accordingly
  • Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls accordingly
  • Collect and place to go orders with precision and professionalism
  • Build client relationships to create a familiar and welcoming experience

Qualifications Required:

  • Experience using online reservation systems, and multi-line phone systems (OpenTable experience preferred)
  • Evening and Weekend Availability, with 3:30 arrival time
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Leadership skills and mentality
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical ability to stand, bend, and exert well-paced mobility for periods up to 8 hours and lift up to 25-30 lbs
