Job Title: Project Manager - Healthcare

Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid 3 - 4 days remote)

We are helping an award-winning architecture firm with offices in Orlando, Philadelphia, and New York. Nationally recognized for their healthcare, corporate research and corporate and advanced technology projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manages all aspects of multiple small to mid-sized projects

• Responsible for the coordination of all administrative and technical efforts of a project

• Prepares work plans, communicates plan to project team and oversees project scope

• Manage budgets, scope and schedules, and estimates project fees

• Manages all project financial performance indicators including the monitoring and control the project budget and schedule.

• Completes weekly time sheet line items approvals

• Updates/revises work plans monthly

• Prepares for project review meetings (understands spend and effort to complete)

• Supports the timely invoicing of the work

• Manages billings and accounts receivables

• Serves as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion

• Executes quality control assurance in the project plan, and ensures measures for quality control are included within the project fee

• Has technical proficiency and experience in detailing and specification writing

• Demonstrates experience with complex building types in both new construction and renovation projects.

Job Requirements

• BS and/or MS in Architecture, registration preferred

• 8 years’ experience in architecture with specific concentration in healthcare related projects

• 5 years managing healthcare projects

• Ability to plan, organize, motivate, mentor, direct and evaluate the work of others

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Excellent client management and leadership skills

• Excellent problem solving skills
