PRACTICE DESCRIPTION:
· No call
· Responsible for examining, diagnosing, and treating non–surgical foot and ankle conditions
· Diabetic foot care
· Wound management, non–hyperbaric 02 treatment management
· Toe and toenail diseases and disorders
· Provider will maintain practices in Coudersport and Port Allegany, Pennsylvania
· Providers see 25–30 adult patients per day
PRACTICE DESCRIPTION:
CANDIDATE PARAMETERS:
· Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from an accredited college of podiatric medicine
· Any Experience Level
· Excellent communication skills and empathy are required
· Board–Certified (or Board–Eligible for Residents)
· Must have very good to excellent malpractice history with current coverage
· Must not have been a sanctioned party
FINANCIAL PACKAGE:
· Hospital employment
· MGMA competitive salary
· Initial agreement 36–month term; will consider longer terms
