We are seeking a skilled and dedicated licensed plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in residential and commercial plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. The licensed plumber will be responsible for ensuring that plumbing systems are functioning efficiently and safely, complying with local building codes and regulations

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

•Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, including leaks, blockages, and malfunctions

•Interpret blueprints and building codes to install plumbing systems correctly

•Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards

•Provide accurate estimates and work within project timelines

•Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades

•Communicate effectively with clients to explain issues, solutions, and costs

•Collaborate with other trades, contractors, and team members to complete projects

•Keep detailed records of service calls, repairs, and inspections

•Maintain plumbing tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition
•Test newly installed components to ensure proper function
•Present customers with a total for the plumbing services, repairs, and installation
•Locate and correct plumbing problems, including component installation and replacement
•Perform maintenance and installation of plumbing equipment in homes and businesses
•Complete preventative maintenance for customers
•Maintain records of completed projects and parts used

Qualifications

•We require candidates have a high school diploma or GED
•Candidate must obtain plumber license (Level 1 required, Level 2-3 desired)
•Able to communicate clearly and effectively, and an exceptional problem-solver
•Current driver's license and clean driving record
•Must have technical or trade school certification in the field of plumbing The Kepple Group
