This role can be remote, but you must be willing to travel to the Iowa Veterans Home as needed. What You’ll Do

As our Project Manager, you’ll play a vital role in:

• Leading the Way: Develop and execute strategic project plans to ensure seamless integration of billing services for the Iowa Veterans Home.
• Driving Excellence: Oversee billing operations, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with government regulations.
• Inspiring Teams: Supervise and mentor a talented team of 3-5 medical billers/coders to achieve top-notch performance.
• Collaborating for Success: Work closely with the client, subcontractors, and internal teams to streamline workflows and tackle challenges head-on.
• Delivering Results: Monitor progress, communicate updates to stakeholders, and ensure every deliverable is met on time and within budget.

What We’re Looking For

You’re an experienced leader who thrives on making complex projects run smoothly. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• 5+ years of healthcare project management experience with a strong background in government billing (Medicare, Medicaid, VA).
• Expertise in medical billing processes and government payer compliance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and navigate challenges.
• Proven leadership experience and the ability to motivate teams to deliver outstanding results.
