The Firm Support Specialist performs a variety of clerical and administrative tasks related to the efficient operation of the market or office team while focusing on various areas of responsibility. You will also partner with leadership to assist in the smooth operations within an office, working with vendors, planning events, assisting in office stacks and restacks of space, ensuring appropriate supplies are ordered and stocked, that office equipment is running efficiently, making sure the facilities are clean, and analyzing supply consumption to determine cost-saving and efficiency savings.



How you will contribute:
  • Backing-up receptionist as needed
  • General administrative office duties (mail, file, copy, meeting set up, etc.)
  • Occasional errands (post office, etc.)
  • Facilities support
  • Correspondence and other administrative assistance for partners and managers
  • Purchasing of office equipment and supplies
  • Help with office administration projects, as needed

  • Ability to meet deadlines efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle constructive feedback; often work is proofed by another member of the team for accuracy
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Must have excellent grammar, punctuation, editing, proofing, and verbal communication skills


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Two years or more of experience in a professional office environment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Type 50+ wpm
