Salary: $49,000 - $60,000 per year

Job Description: The Events Assistant will support the planning and execution of various corporate events. You will work closely with the events team to ensure that all logistics, coordination, and client needs are met with precision and excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with event planning, including coordinating logistics, venue selection, and transportation.
• Support the execution of events, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
• Liaise with vendors and clients to ensure all event requirements are met.
• Manage event budgets and track expenses.
• Prepare and maintain event materials and documents.
• Provide on-site event support, ensuring all aspects of the event are well-executed.
• Assist in post-event follow-up and reporting.
