What You'll Do:

Deliver engaging and interactive virtual ESL lessons to students of diverse ages and proficiency levels
Develop and customize lesson plans to meet the unique needs of each student
Monitor and track student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback to support their growth
Collaborate with classroom teachers, families, and school staff to ensure students' success in their language learning journey

What We're Looking For:

A Master's degree in education, TESOL, ESL, or a related field
A valid Massachusetts Teaching License with an ESL endorsement
Prior experience teaching ESL students, either in a classroom or online setting
Strong familiarity with virtual teaching platforms and tools
Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for fostering language development in students

Salary: $ 20.00 25.00 Per Hour
