$86,000 - $157,400 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Develop leads to identify potential clients interested in real estate services.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge and skills within the real estate industry.
  • Persistently follow up on leads until appointments are successfully scheduled with a listing or buyer's agent.
  • Maintain regular communication with homebuyers through phone calls and emails to nurture relationships and ensure brand recognition.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports to monitor team progress toward company objectives.
  • Handle sales inquiries from qualified leads and effectively convert them into new clients.
  • Utilize a CRM system to ensure accurate and current customer information for agents.
  • Efficiently schedule and conduct appointments with clients.
Qualifications:
  • A valid real estate license is required for this position in Strongsville, OH, US.
