Overview TITAN Cement Group is looking for a high caliber professional in Electrical & Automation project management to undertake high-impact engineering initiatives and join as an Electrical & Automation Projects Manager. The job holder will be responsible for preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and supervising the assigned electrical & automation projects in Group Technical projects department. The objective is to ensure compliance with applicable codes, industry practices, Health & Safety guidelines, Group requirements, performance standards, and specifications. The role is based in Athens , Greece . Responsibilities What you will do: Develop project budgets based on functional analysis and scope of work, with support from the Electrical Department Manager. Create Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) with support from Engineering & Design Department and electrical scopes for assigned projects in collaboration with BU Electrical Departments. Review and refine functional analyses, and perform failure mode analyses (e.g., HAZOP, FMEA) to identify and address potential risks. Draft technical descriptions for electrical and automation works, aligned with project needs. Participate in procurement processes for electrical, instrumentation, and automation equipment, and evaluate external partners (consultants/contractors). Supervise the design and execution of electrical and automation projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and on-budget delivery. Plan, coordinate, and oversee work performed by external partners, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and Health & Safety requirements. Support commissioning activities, including the preparation of comprehensive project folders (O&M manuals, equipment manuals, PLC program backups, automation schematics, etc.). Collaborate with the Design Team to integrate BIM models and attributes for electrical equipment and instruments. Provide technical consulting services on electrical/energy issues, including equipment analysis and maintenance. Develop and deliver training materials for internal teams, contractors, and partners. Follow and propose improvements to specifications and standards for electrical and process design, procurement, and maintenance. Conduct periodic inspections of electrical installations, prepare relevant reports, and prioritize improvement proposals. Foster collaboration among internal and external contributors, building effective relationships and a positive work climate. Ensure safety-first principles are integrated into all design and implementation phases, aligning with the Group’s commitment to zero accidents. What you will bring: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering (or a related field). 5 years of experience as a Project Engineer in Electrical, Instrumentation, and Automation. Knowledge of electrical design, process automation, and instrumentation, with familiarity in programming languages like Ladder Logic, Structured Text, or Function Block Diagrams. Proficiency in communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP) and networking concepts for OT. Advanced skills in design software (e.g., E-plan, AutoCAD) and MS Office applications. Advanced project management and supervision skills. Availability for frequent travel in Greece and abroad. Fluency in English (written and spoken). Fulfilled military obligations (if applicable).
