SUMMARY
The Dishwasher washes kitchen dishes and assists Barback with glassware. They assist throughout the Beer Hall bussing and cleaning during peak times.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Wash, clean and put away all dishes
• Change and take out garbage and recycling
• Assist prep cook when needed
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, floors, and equipment
• Assist BOH lead as instructed
• Clean and maintain employee bathrooms
• Bus tables and clean surfaces

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to work as a team
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under high pressure situations
• Ability to work at a fast pace
• Ability to continuously lift 40 lbs
• Must be able to work flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends
• Work with integrity, enthusiasm and possess good work ethics
• Strong alignment to company culture and values
• Strong leadership skills
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently and with limited direction
