We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative located in Hollister, California. This role will primarily be onsite and will involve playing a crucial role in the overall customer experience we provide. Responsibilities:

• Engage in greeting and directing guests while providing a welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle the creation and scheduling of appointments to ensure smooth operations.
• Respond to customer inquiries with accurate information and prompt assistance.
• Work on administrative tasks as required, enhancing the efficiency of our operations.
• Ensure the maintenance of high-quality customer service standards at all times.
• Coordinate with food truck companies and gather quotes to enhance our service offerings.
• Utilize software such as Microsoft Outlook and Salesforce to streamline duties and enhance customer service.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary.
• Maintain a detail oriented appearance and adhere to the business dress code.
• Adapt to varying situations and display flexibility in day-to-day responsibilities.• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role
• Demonstrated skills in customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle difficult customers with patience and professionalism
• Knowledge of customer service software, databases, and CRM tools
• Willingness to work in shifts, if required
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree from a recognized institution will be a plus
• Proficiency in English; multilingual skills will be an advantage
• Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively
• A customer-oriented and empathetic mindset
• Ability to work in a team and build positive relationships
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
