Job Summary: The CRM Developer is responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of CRM systems, with a strong focus on ServiceNow and Salesforce. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CRM systems development, particularly with ServiceNow and Salesforce. This is a 6 month contract to hire and requires an active Secret or Top Secret clearance. Responsibilities: CRM Systems Development: Design, develop, and implement CRM solutions using ServiceNow and Salesforce. Customize and configure CRM applications to meet business needs. Develop and maintain integrations between CRM systems and other enterprise applications. Requirement Analysis and Solution Design: Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents. Develop solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices. System Administration and Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow and Salesforce applications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM systems. Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades. Data Management and Reporting: Ensure data integrity and quality within CRM systems. Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights. Implement data migration strategies and tools as needed. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, to ensure successful CRM implementation and adoption. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback. Provide training and support to end-users and other IT staff. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest CRM technologies, trends, and best practices. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement enhancements.
