We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Certified Forklift Operator to join our team in Redlands, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a forklift to transport, load, and unload materials in a safe and efficient manner. The role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts to move, load, unload, and stack materials within the warehouse, storage yard, or distribution center.
• Ensure proper storage of products and materials in designated locations.
• Inspect forklifts before and after use, performing basic maintenance and reporting any issues.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and operating procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in inventory management by organizing and maintaining product inventory.
• Work closely with warehouse team members and supervisors to ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including assisting with the preparation of goods for shipment.

Qualifications:

• Valid forklift certification is required.
• Previous experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or industrial setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work in varying shifts, including nights or weekends, as needed.
