If you have a passion for drafting and design and are familiar with commerical construction and design, keep reading. Our client is searching for a draftsmen/project manager with AutoCAD experience. The ideal candidate has two to three years of expereince overseeing multiple projects. Please apply below!
salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Associate
Responsibilities
1. Clear written and verbal communication skills
2. AutoCAD certification or commensurate work experience
3. Excel certification or demonstrates working knowledge of Excel. Knowledge
of formula usage and pivot tables a plus, but not required
4. An aptitude for math, geometry and 3D visualization
5. Working knowledge of Adobe PDF, including commenting and mark-ups
6. Working knowledge of structural shapes, concrete structures and other conventional
building systems is a plus
7. Knowledge of 3D object creation and editing a plus, but not required
8. Familiarity with Revit 2013 is a plus, but not required
9. Ability to read architectural plan
Skills
- AUTOCAD (3 years of experience is preferred)
- 2d/3d Drafting (5 years of experience is preferred)
