Our dream of hand crafting and serving quality products in our community is why we do what we do. The Hop Farm experience starts with having a great team. When you are bartending, you provide information about each beer, make recommendations, and pour appropriately. We want you to have fun and be engaging....we view it as a privilege to serve our guests and ensure their experience is one they will repeat.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver genuine hospitality while you efficiently serve our guests
• Guide our guests through our food and beverage menus while demonstrating a thorough knowledge of all our food and beverage offerings
• Take an interest in craft beer - learn and relay that information to our guests to help enhance their experience
• Provide timely, attentive, fun and friendly service to guests to ensure they feel valued and well cared for
• Take pride in keeping the bar area clean, sanitized and stocked
• Create positive first impressions that build loyalty in return guests
• Make our guests feel welcome by engaging with them and creating a lively and fun atmosphere!
• Must be 21 years of age and physically able to meet the demands of the job
