Our work depends on a Program Manager joining our team to support the Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS) next generation command and control (C2) system. HOW A PROGRAM MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACTManages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program area
Manage daily activities of the assigned team
Responsible for developing and motivating staff while promoting teamwork
Responsible for staff scheduling and deployment of work packages
Provide financial management oversight for program and maintain budget
Develops and maintains project plans, documents and customer deliverables
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience
Security Clearance Level: Top Secret with SCI eligibility
Preferred Skills: PMP and Security Plus
Location: Hampton, Virginia
